2. Terms and Conditions for Takeaway Sandwiches:

Sandwich Orders:

• Sandwich orders may be placed exclusively through our online platform, caramit.es, with collection at the restaurant as the only option.

Delivery and Cancellation of Orders:

• Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as the products will be prepared immediately for collection at the restaurant.

Returns and Refunds:

• No returns will be accepted and no refunds will be offered for sandwich orders, as these are perishable products prepared to order.

3. Terms and Conditions for Special Event Menus:

Bookings and Payments:

• To book a menu for special events (weddings, First Communions, Christmas, New Year's Eve, etc.), a payment of 50% of the total menu price will be required at the time of booking.

• The remaining payment must be made at least 15 days before the date of the event.

Returns and Refunds:

• Special event menu bookings may be cancelled with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the date of the event.

• Cancellations made within the 15 days prior to the event will not be refundable.

Privacy and Data Protection:

• All personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• The information provided will be used solely to manage the event booking or the sandwich order and will not be shared with third parties without the customer's express consent.

5. Applicable Law:

Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of Digital Photos and Videos:

Photo and Video Orders:

Orders for digital photos and videos of events may be placed exclusively through our online platform, caramit.es, once the event has taken place and the images or videos are available for purchase.

Delivery of Photos and Videos:

Once the order has been confirmed, the information needed to download the digital videos and digital photos will be sent to the email address provided; they will be available for direct download from our platform caramit.es.

Cancellations and Refunds:

As digital photos and videos are products delivered instantly after purchase and cannot be recovered once delivered, no cancellations can be made and no refunds will be offered once the purchase has been completed.

Privacy and Data Protection:

All personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The information provided will be used solely to manage the purchase of digital photos or videos and will not be shared with third parties without the customer's express consent.
