Mid-morning bites, off the grill
Our sandwiches are made to order over the grill, which we have kept burning since 2010. The meat is fresh and goes into the bread straight off the coals, so it reaches your table —or your bag, if you take it away— still hot.
The three house classics are the pork loin sandwich, the longaniza sausage sandwich and the pork belly and longaniza sandwich, which is the most popular. You can add aioli or whatever you like best to any of them.
