Chargrilled pork loin sandwich, which you can make just the way you like it.

All our meat is fresh and we cook it to order on the grill.

It is the classic Spanish mid-morning bite: the loin is cooked to order on the grill —which we have kept burning since 2010— and served freshly made, so it reaches your table or your bag still hot.

You can have it with aioli or whatever you like best. Available Tuesday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00, at calle Caolín 11 in Burriana: to eat in or to take away.
